Shopping

Shopping with BuyTrendyBrands.com and P.Nemir Dry Goods Company is a snap! You don't even have to register to make a purchase. We offer Express Checkout with Google Checkout or PayPal. If you have existing accounts with these payment services, you can quickly login and take care of payment via the payment service. Google or PayPal will then forward your name and delivery address to us to complete your order. We also offer payment by mailing a money order or bank check. Or if you are coming into our store to pickup, you may choose "Store Pickup".

You can browse for trendy items from almost anywhere in the site by using the department list on the left.

Selecting Products

Selecting Products is a 3-step process:

  1. Click on Product
    Click on either the small picture of the item or the item name. Once you select the product, your browser will display a larger image, the item name, a description, a drop down list of colors and sizes, and the price(s) of the item.
  2. Choose Options
    Choose the options and the quantity for this item.
  3. Put Product in Shopping Cart
    Click on the "Submit" button to put the item in your Shopping Cart. Your browser will now display the contents of your Shopping Cart.

NOTE: Putting a product in your Shopping Cart does not mean you must buy it. You may always remove it when you view your Shopping Cart .

NOTE: A product's price may depend on certain options that you choose (i.e. size). In that case, you will see drop down list of colors and sizes. Each individual version of that item in the drop down list will show COLOR, then SIZE, then PRICE, and then (QUANTITY AVAILABLE).

Shopping Cart

Your Shopping Cart displays each of the products you would like to order. For each item you will see

Quantity
Number of units of this item you would like to order. You can change the quantity by changing the number in the Quantity box and pushing the "Update" button.
Description
The name of the item, as well as the color and size configuration and the item weight. To change the options for this item (size or color), you must first delete it from your Shopping Cart, and then re-select it from the item page.
Unit
Price each for the item.
Unit Total
Price for total quantity fo the product (Quantity * Unit Price). If you change the Quantity, you must push the "Update" button to recalcualte the Amount.
Delete
You can remove one or more products from your Shopping Bag by clicking the Delete button next to the unwanted item.

Checkout

When you are happy with the contents of your Shopping Cart, you are ready to Checkout. Don't worry, until you push the "Submit" button after you enter your payment method, you can always revisit and modify your Shopping Cart.

If you forgot your password, don't feel bad. It happens to the best of us. Just click on the "FORGOT PASSWORD" link to send us a request for a forgotten username or password. We will send the information to your account's originally registered email address. So be sure and remember the email with which you originally registered, as you will need to enter it in order get your login information emailed to you.

Fullfilling Your Order

When we receive your order, we will assemble and ship your order as soon as possible. Our website maintains real-time availability of items and sizes.

  • Orders received before 2:00 PM CST Monday - Saturday will ship same day.
  • No shipments to PO Boxes using FedEx Home Delivery. Please use your street address
  • US Addresses that will not fully validate against the USPS's Address Database may delay your shipment while we contact you in order to obtain a correction

Shipping Policy

Same Day Free Shipping
Free shipping offer to the contiguous 48 United States on orders of at least $75.00. Be sure to choose Free Standard Ground during checkout. We promise Same Day Shipping on orders received before 2PM CST Monday through Friday. Some orders placed Saturday and all orders placed Sunday will ship Monday.
Free Return Shipping and 60 Days Returns
We know that sometimes you need to exchange or return. We offer free return shipping to make it easier for you. The other guys only give you 15 days to make an exchange or return. That is just not long enough. We guarantee Satisfaction. Upon approval, returns after 60 days may qualify for a website gift certificate.
Shipping Cost
We caclulate shipping costs as follows:
  1. Approximate total weight of items.
  2. Our shopping cart will consult with USPS or UPS on a real-time basis to determine your shipping cost according to weight and destination.
  3. We add mandatory insurance according to cost of the products and carrier's insurance guidelines.
  4. If your order totals over $74.99 and you choose Free Shipping during checkout, you will not have to pay for shipping or insurance.
We use the latest shipping cost and insurance tables directly from the United States Postal Service's web servers and UPS.com.
Insurance
It is our policy to insure all orders. This protects you in case the shipping carrier looses or damages your package, or if your package is intercepted before you are able to take delivery (stolen).

Returns/Exchanges

BuyTrendyBrands hopes you are pleased with your merchandise. We understand it's sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. If you are not completely satisfied, simply follow the instructions below to return your purchase within 60 days for a refund to your original form of payment, or a website gift certificate if you so choose. We offer free shipping on all order returns. In the case of outbound free shipping, all orders returned for refund will be charged the original shipping charges. $75.00 minimum amount for original purchase threshhold will be used to determine if original shipping should be deducted from the return, regardless of any special free shipping offers in place at the original date of purchase.

Fast Exchange - Complete the return instructions below for your return item(s) and place a new order for the replacement items. You will be charged for the new order and when we receive your return, we will refund your original order to your original form of payment.

1. Go to www.BuyTrendyBrands.com
2. Click the Contact Us link
3. Select "Your Order" and include your Order Number, your Sales Receipt Number (can be found on the upper right hand corner or at the bottom below the barcode), and note the reason you are making the return. If you would like an exchange, please note the item or items you would like to return, and note what size or color you'd like us to exchange.
4. A return approval email will be sent to you with the RA number.
5. A USPS or UPS shipping label will be emailed to you for free return shipping.
6. Preparing Return Package:
---Pack items in original box or a sturdy box using cushioning materials to keep them secure
---Remove or black out original shipping label or apply new shipping label over the original shipping label and bar code
---Seal the box with shipping tape
---Affix label to box. (If you do not have enough labels, contact us for more labels)
---If you are not using our return label, write the return authorization number you obtained from us on the box beside the label. (Example: RA # - 9000054) This ensures prompt credit to your account.

Any credit card information you have will be shared with our partners, Google Checkout and Paypal Express Checkout, on their own websites. The only information we keep in our database is your contact information, and we safeguard it securely. We do not share this information with any other parties. Occasionally if there is a promotion or sale event we think you might be interested in, we will contact you. If you receive an email from us, you always have the option to discontinue receiving promotions by email. We appreciate your business and know it is our duty to respect your privacy.

Cookies

"Cookies" are small pieces of data that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any sensitive information, but they do enable us to recognize you when you return to our site. Credit Card Security

We do not store your credit card information on our website or servers. Your credit card information will be collected on secure pages on our site. In the case of the express checkout methods, we turn over the cart contents to Google or Paypal, and then they in turn notify us of a completed payment. We then notify you of a completed order. You do not have to share your sensitive information with us, and we in turn don't have to worry about storing and securing your information.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I change my contact information?
You can change your account information from the Login page. Enter your username and password and click the "Login" button on the top Navigation Bar. You must first login to your account before you can get to the Update Your Contact Information page.
I forgot my username or password. How do I get this information?
No problem. See Forgotten Username or Password item in our Support help.
I received an E-mail with the subject "Account Information", but I did not request one. What should I do?
This means someone else has requested a new password using your E-mail address. Fortunately we only send the password to the account E-mail address so unless the person has access to your E-mail, your password will not be exposed.

You will be provided with your account information in an e-mail. You may then change your password if you wish using the Update Your Contact Information page.

As an additional measure, you may Contact Us and request that we remove your account. You can then create a new account with a different E-mail address.

I forgot my account E-mail address. What do I do?
Simply create a new account with your valid E-mail address. If an account already exists with that E-mail address, you will receive an error message. In that case, follow the procedure in Forgotten Password.
I received a strange error. What does it mean?
While we have tested our site thoroughly, some bugs may have sneaked by. In that case, go to our Contact Us page and send an E-mail to us with a full description of the error and the page you were trying to view.
Will you ship to my country?

Forgotten Username or Password

We know. It happens. If you have forgotten your login information, simply click on the "FORGOT PASSWORD" link on the top navigation bar. This will bring you to the "E-mail Password" form. Fill out the form with your account E-mail address and press the "Email Login Info" button to submit the request. We will then send your login information to the account E-mail address.

After logging in with your password, you may wish to change the password using the Update Your Contact Information page. Make sure you choose a password that is easy for you to remember, but difficult for others to guess.
