I placed an order for a pair of flipflops as a birthday gift for a friend in Tacoma,Wa. And not only was Rob quick to answer a quick e-mail from me on the same day that I ordered them he was very polite and helpful..unlike a local outfit that i had waited and waited for their shipment to come in that was the same brand....Thank you so much and yes I would tell anyone to by pass the local store and just order them directly from here. They also shipped out the sameday and she recieved them within 3 days....

I placed on order for a pair of jello flip flops and after I submitted the order I realized I had chosen the wrong size.  I sent an email requesting the change and to be honest I wasn't sure if I would even get a response back.  I immediately went into my email to retrieve the reciept and found that I had already recieved a response from Rob Nemir. and the change had already been made on my order.  I have never recieve such exceptional customer service from anyone.  I would recommend this site to anyone.

As soon as I recieved my Cow Girl Jewel flip flops, I couldn't wait to wear them. I took my daughter shopping, and I was surprised at how many times I was approached about my flip flops. It made my day! I'm a big girl and I never get complimented about anything. So when someone stops me to pay me a compliment , I take it serious! I felt awesome and pretty.
