I was browsing for some Polo boots and found this merchant. I contacted the company via telephone to verify that they were ligit . I spoke with Robert Nemir who was extremely patient and professional. He helped me to compare prices and boots between 2 sites and then processed my order in a timely manner. Rob wasn't just a sales person, he genuinely demonstrated concern that I got the correct boots.

Above all, I did not have to pay for shipping since my order was over $75....unlike other vendors who where charging in excess of $15 for shipping.

I will definitely be shopping with this company for a long time!

I am writing this to let you know how pleased I was with the customer service that I received over the phone today from an associate there named Silvia.  I normally do not write in for good service but felt this was exceptional and that you should know.

I was searching the internet for a pair of Yellow Box Sandals and stumbled across your website.  I don't feel real comfortable ordering over the internet and as I read further I noticed you are located in Navasota and had your phone number so I decided to telephone rather than typing in all the required information to place an order.

Much to my surprise I was put in contact with a very nice and helpful lady named Silvia.  I asked Silvia a few questions and she was not only nice but she knew the exact pair of shoes I was describing to her.  She even went to the trouble to compare shipping cost for me without me having to ask. Needless to say I haven't seen this type of customer service in, well, I don't know when.

She made it so easy that I thought "wow, I'm going to take the time to let them know". I was thoroughly impressed with her service and wanted to be sure you were aware of Silvia making it a pleasure to place an order!

I am in the Army...In Europe...I ordered some Polo boots because it is my very first time dealing with cold weather and I hear a lot of horror stories about people having to wait weeks sometimes months for their packages to arrive...mine came in 1wk!!
