I ordered a pair of shoes for an event my son was having, and called to make sure they would be there on time before placing the order. The gentleman I spoke to confirmed that they would be there...and they came two days earlier! You just don't find such honest and sincere customer service like this anymore. Great Job!

I am very pleased with the amazing customer service from Rob and the super fast shipping! I was wary ordering online especially from a site I had never heard of. I read their history and how long they've been around so that made me feel much better. It was Tuesday and I needed my item by that Friday of the same week so I emailed the site and asked if it was possible to get my order by Friday even with the free shipping I qualified for. Rob emailed me shortly after and said he was going to personally ship my item as soon as I placed my order. I was wowed by how personal the customer service was and how FAST I received my order (the very next day!). I won't ever hesitate to order from BuyTrendyBrands again. Thanks Rob!
