I was very upset when I received a pair of jeans that I thought I had not ordered but later Rob determined that it was indeed a mistake on my part because I had created two separate online accounts after my web browser had crashed.  I had quickly ordered the wrong size accidentally!  I returned the jeans and he sent the correct pair and didn't charge extra shipping charges even though it was my mistake.  I've had many bad experiences ordering online and this company will make it right if something just doesn't go as planned!  Five Stars!

Rob Nemir is by far the best customer service representative I've ever dealt with in my entire lifetime of shopping! I had almost resigned myself to just keeping the merchandise and being upset about the issues with the condition of the shoes I had bought even before calling because of how horrible customer service can be, especially when dealing with things that have been shipped and its hard to tell when/how damage was done.  I'm so glad I called! Rob was actually sympathetic and immediately provided suggestions on the best way to deal with the situation, to make it the least amount of inconvenience for me.  He was timely in his response and resolved the issue above and beyond my highest expectations! Despite the issues with the shoes I recieved, I can't wait to do business with buytrendybrands again, because, especially with on line shopping, things are bound to go wrong occationally, but its rare that they are fixed to my satisfaction!

i clicked the submit button twice and wasn't sure if the order processed twice so i called the 1-800 number and spoke the the nicest man who helped me out and made sure everything was ok.  i will definitly use this company again!  great customer service and so easy to deal with!  thanks for being so nice

Incredibly fast shipping and excellent communication throughout process.  I have to admit, I was skeptical to order from this site as I never heard of buy Trendy brands previously.  A local high end, touristy shopping area boutique sold out of a Spring 2011 designer Capri I wanted.  I did a style number search online and found this exact item at only 2 other places (was not available even from the designer themself, they explained they make some styles exclusively for certain stores.  Even more why I liked them).  Buy Trendy Brands offered the best overall price with free shipping.  Two days later I was wearing them.

I ordered from the site on December 21st and was concerned about the order reaching my door in time for the holidays. Rob assured me that the express shipping from fedex gauranteed it by Christmas, and the fedex tracking system had my original arrival date scheduled for Christmas Eve. Due to inclement weather, my package did not arrive until the twenty-sixth, which was obviously dissappointing (the fault was Fedex's, not buytrendybrands) I e-mailed customer service with my questions and was surprised to see Rob take the time to answer them on Christmas Eve. It is refreshing and rare in this day and age to find a company that so clearly values the satisfaction of its customers, and I will be shopping at buytrendybrands.com for years to come because of the prompt response and obvious concern Rob showed for my order. In agreement with alot of the other posts on this site. Rob and his staff extend great service. I had to exchange my boots for a smaller size and there wasn't a problem. Also, the price on the boots including the shipping was over $20 cheaper than I could get them at a store that I go to locally in Marshall, VA. I like to shop local but that was a big difference in price.

I recently received a pair of Yellow Box Flip Flops as a gift from a close friend and they didn't fit.  I called the store and spoke directly to a young woman who literally pulled the shoes I wanted from the shelf and compared them (size-wise) to the pair I was returning and helped me choose the correct style and size.  And the gentleman in charge of accounting was nothing short of wonderful.  He was patient and made the entire ordering process a breeze.

I love my new shoes and will definitely continue to be a loyal customer.

That has to be the smoothest transaction I have ever done! The flip flops are great and I know theres no way shipping could be faster.I order them yesterday and they arrived today.Awesome!!!
